Pound UP !

i went from 180 to 181.6 wtf ! i gained a pound ! ughhhh no way
well i can cry or move on . and i choose to move on. today was a good day

Breakfast:
2 fried eggs
2 slices of bread
nutrigrain bar
=420


Lunch:
Salad - about 200 calories
ranch- about 60 calories :(
baked lays chips - 100 calories
fat free chocolate milk - 140 calories
=500 calories

Dinner:
Tilapia , with 1 egg tomatoe and brocalli and lettuce

workout :
I hate the treadmill but i am going to try this

I am back !

Hey guys , i am back i was thinking about starting a new blog but i will continue with this blog and just start from here and have a new fresh start . so i weigh 180 .and WILL get to 150 . in the next 30 days i am determined !  30 lbs in 30 days is sooo possible you just have to put your mind to it . That means i have to lose 1 pound a day , its possible just have to be detemine as hell . that means
NO JUNK FOOD
NO JUICES
NO EXTRA SALT

MORE Veggies
MORE Fruits
MORE water
MORE green tea
LOTS MORE EXERCISES .

DAY 10 ! COMPLETED

well today i ate some what bad but over all i did pretty good
 i finished day 10 of ripped in 30 and i am at 175-176 . lbs !
suppose to been reach 175 ! lol Now my next goal is November 5th
to be 170 !
can i do it will julian michaels help me ? we shall seee
well off to bed .
 did i mention I HATE FUCKING RELATIONSHIPS THEY CAN GO TO ... YO KNOW WHAT .

Day 5 Completed!

Yeah Day 5 Completed . 1 more day then on to round 2 ! week two she said to do it for 5-6 days and thats what i did . well i completed the level even tho i had some trouble with my boyfriend
who as of tonight is no longer my boyfriendd . im so over the lies and bullshit . !
but im finna get my shit together and hit people out the water and go home and see family and come back a newer person !
