Goals

Starting weight : 190
1st goal : 160
2nd goal : 130

Calorie intake a day : 1520 calories. to find out how much calories to take in go here

Drink 8 16oz bottle of water a day :) we can do it !
Drink green tea . ( teabags only not the store made ones ]

--Theses are the only drinks i will intake . NO SODAS i know but you can do it !


Workout :
6 days a week (try ] ---> or just 3 times a week til i get stronger.
-exercises i will do is from http://www.bodyrock.tv

Weigh ins every 2 weeks or when every you can .! ( i will have weigh in videos posted on here and my youtube channel )

My plan of losing/ditching my fat is by realizing that i can do it. and i am doing it for me NO one else not to get boys, not to get attention but to feel healthy and more happy on the inside and out and have more confidence when i enter a room and not feel like " oh they are looking at the fat qirl " its the truth. but anyways what i am trying to say is just be who you want to be .

Because i want to feel healthy and more confident and i am tired of not fiting clothes . i jst dont feel happy.
