Pound UP !

i went from 180 to 181.6 wtf ! i gained a pound ! ughhhh no way
well i can cry or move on . and i choose to move on. today was a good day

Breakfast:
2 fried eggs
2 slices of bread
nutrigrain bar
=420


Lunch:
Salad - about 200 calories
ranch- about 60 calories :(
baked lays chips - 100 calories
fat free chocolate milk - 140 calories
=500 calories

Dinner:
Tilapia , with 1 egg tomatoe and brocalli and lettuce

workout :
I hate the treadmill but i am going to try this

will try to repeat 2x for 20 minutes or 3 but 2 is a must ! i want to go 40  .but will update @8
