Hey guys i have been having a head ache for a while now like 2 days but it snot serious but i hate head aches . ugh ok lets get to this day !
BreakFast:
2 Eggs ( 180 Cal) + 1 whole wheat wrap (130 cal) + all american cheese (60 cal) =370 calories
Dinner: Micheal Angelo Las. =420 calories .
Totally calories for today 790 calories . + Watermelon( idk how many calories . lol )
i have been eating fruits this past week everyday i have at least 2-3 fruit bowls . contain of watermelon strawberries and grapes I MADE MY OWN FRUIT BOWL .
WORKOUT :
ok i hate the freakinf treadmill i really do i hit the treadmill i get frustrated ! omg i hate it so much ! . having the thought that i have to run on it for 45 minutes straight erks me! so i am going to do the sarah fit fat blasting cardio circuit again i felt good . then later in the night about I MIGHT DO my strength I dont think i want to do strenght until i lose weight but i am going to do it . i will make a calender workout video for you guys on my youtube page . www.youtube.com/fattie2baddie . but here is the link

Crooked Neck !
Hey guys was up , ugh so this morning i woke up and my neck has a crook in it lol . but anyways i came to update you guys on my weightloss journey . i still haven lost any more pounds other than 5lbs last week , this week i am planning on losing 5 more lbs . ( crosses fingers ) . and let me tell you i took off 3 days of working out off ughh ! bad saturday and sunday were my offically days off . and then i took monday off . BAD girl and then yesterday i wasnt feeling it . so , i only worked out for like 20 mins . today is a new day and i am determined to loss 5lbs this week lol . so my workout will be listed below ! . AND what i consumed to day or is going to consume to day! lol . well love yall fattie's and we can do this man! what you think this is . we baddie's :) lol
Breakfast:

here is the link i added mushrooms ( fat free) i added a little like a pinch of cheese, the cheese we had i didnt like it lol . and no green peppers . just onion , potatoe 2 cups of potatoe for 2 servings . i took 1 serving i added 2 eggs for 2 servings . but add 1 egg and 1 cup potatoe cubed for one serving . i made some for my granny :)
that was about 300 calories

Food Ideas/ Plan ( MEALS)
Breakfast:
Whole wheat Egg Wrap:
Take a Whole wheat tortilla , Scramble one egg with your choice of veggis ( green onions , onions etc. ) in 1 tablespoon butter , wrap the egg/s in the whole wheat wrap , you can add cheese , just a little bit , or sandwich meat. ENJOY!
Toasted Eggs:
Toast two slices of whole wheat bread . Fry two eggs , either sunny side up or what ever way you like it .
to fry the egg use 1/2 tbsp of oil olive or oil . and for the toast us 1 tbsp of butter for BOTH toast.

Dinner:
with cucumber , Tomatoes , Lettuce , Baby carrots . With a Side of Water or Tea.
You can season your shrimp with little bit of salt and pepper and also your veggies just a little it about 1 tsp of salt and pepper.
OR!
with Broccoli, Brown Rice Medley (carrots, corn,& Peas) , you can make your own , with some brown rice , boil the veggies , and mix together .Pan Seared Shrimp ( add shrimp and just cook and season no oil needed. ) if you have non stick like me . add oil if you need it or want it .
Chicken:
You can either boil the chicken , or Bake it or even grill it but NO FRYING!. for the sides , 1/2 cup of boiled mash potatoe with 2 tsp or 1 tsp of butter , with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. the other side is Corn , Carrots , broccoli ( or lettuce ) .

Hey was up , with you guys ? well today i went to take my test for my permit and i passed! . wooot woot . my dad was proud of me even though it was my second time taken it lol . but today . i really did have any thing on my hand to do , today i actually felt grumpy i was snaping on everybody but they were getting on my nerves so some deserved it lol. well i drove out family home . which was fun but when you have dad in the car like mines lol he will point out your fault and ramble int he back while you are trying to drive lol . i didnt really get any sleep because i had to wake up so early , I will tell you guys what i ate today and i will try and do my abs challenge and the abs on fire workout my booty nomics . I am focused on my abs and toning up my legs and arms! . abs and legs and arms are my main thing , right now i guess you can say my whole body lol . i didnt eat much today . IN NO WAY AM I TRYING TO STARVE MY SELF . i just havent been feeling hungry since i started back my weight loss Journey , I steped on the scale yesterday , and i dont know if its my acurate weight or not because my scale is trippin , but i steped on and i weighted .... from 195-196 . to 191! . wooot woot !. i lost 5-6 lbs in one week . i think or even a week and a half , i dont know it its the exercise or what i have been eating but i am proud when i find out i will tell you guys . but this is what i ate today

WORKOUT UPDATE : JUNE 17 2011
Hey guys i am back it is 9:49 pm right now and I am trying to go to bed early and wake up super early i have a test tommorow for my lisence . PLEASE WISH ME LUCK !!!! . I did the work out today , I FEEL THE BURN! lol
I love it .On the last cycle i was bout to quit but i pushed thru it , if you want to know what workout i am talking about i am talking about these workouts listed under WORKOUT.

I did the Sarah Fit , That workout is a killer . I sweat like really hard , in all cycles . I also did the abs on fire with bootynomics! she is such a role model . lol we almost have the same shape i need to get my abs and work on my BOOOOOOOOTY! lol. but i did 3 cycles of 15 reps of abs on fire . and i didnt do my ab challenge i just replaced that with abs on fire i will tell you guys how my body is feeling tommorow in the morning after my test here is my total time for the workouts!

Lets Recap on yesterday workout , Yesterday I didnt finish my workout but today i will finish it and add some more workout's ! . yesterday i finished 50 reps of the Dead Man burpee in 9 min and 49 secs. so today i am trying to beat my time with the same rep so i will do a totally of 50 reps plus yerterday rep which will be a 100 dead man burpees! yeah i also finish my ab challenge doing 2 reps of the workout , not bad , I used a 10lb weight . yesterday i did 90 reps out of 365 reps , i know but that was hard i was exhausted from the 50 dead man burpees and then i tryed but i failed , so i will do another workout that i completed before that is 500 reps . but the exercise are simplier . to me and they are intense ! . oh boy this will have you sore every where the next day if you dont feel sore te next day after the workout you aint doing it right! . So here is my meal and workout plan for today

about 75-80 calories each cookie . so thats 190 if the calorie count for 1 is 80 i made these and here is the recipes for the delicous oatmeal cookies ! the best i every had , if you dont have applesause use oil like i did , it not so healthy but next time use applesauce if you can !

Workout for Today

Try this workout and go for as many as you can in 10 mins , i will be doing this throughtout the day , i am going to do 20 or 50 at 2:00 pm today and . then i will be doing this workout http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/06/09/365-rep-belly-blaster-workout/ i will try my hardest and i will tell you guys my time and results of SWEATING these workout make me feel good , when i do them because i sweat alot and it makes me feel em powered lol . i might not do all 365 reps but i will tell you guys the reps i do . then i will be doing my Abs Challenge , i did on rep this morning , and i will do round 2 At 6 and then round 3 at 8 . then thats the workout for today
MEAL:
Recently i realize that i dont eat much during the day it doesnt bother me but i hope my body can handle it .
i only eat 2 times a day now first it was 3 , now i just eat 2 times i dont try to but i feel pretty ful then by the time i eat breakfast its dinner time .lol i wake up at 10 . i go to bed the night before at 1-2 am . i am trying to go to sleep early lol . but anyways here is what i ate this morning and what i am going to eat for dinner in the next 2 hours lol
Breakfast:
2 eggs - 90 calorioes per egg +90 =180
1 hot dog = 180 calories ( omg i was like wtf are you serious when i say tht for one i normally consume 2- 3 OH MY lol )
Total = 290 calories for Breakfast
Dinner:
Curry Chicken Neck W/White or brown rice ( not sure which one we have in the house and i am Jamaican lol )
I dont know the calories for this meal but i will round that off to about 300-400 calories .
so My Estimated total for the day is 290+400 = 690 calories consumed for the day YIKES thats low . but i feel full ! . the intake i am trying to go for is 1200 calories .i will get a scale so i can weight my food and eat the right amount every day .
Love yahh AND TRY AND GET THAT PHAT BUTT UP FROM THE COMPUTER AND WORKOUT THAT BUTT OUT . STOP , DROP THE CHIPS , AND SWEAT UP A STORM :)

Im back for good good good , lol I havent really been on here , but i have a reason to be on here and youtube .
I will be posting Things i want to fit in , things i want to wear . and how i want my clothes i have to fit on me , my problem areas and the workouts i will be doing to tone/get ride of them . i have a ab challenge on my youtube page for all those who want to tone up there abs or start seeing there abs . i always had my ab able to be seen but i would always say , i will NEVER EVER have abs , but i been working out with www.bodyrock.tv and i started to see my ABS and i didnt have to suck my gut in and it gave me hope so i started looing for ab work outs that are also combined with full body workout , i also am going to try this new workout to add inches to your booty lol and make it fimer . there is this lady who was skinny she said and she hated being skinny so she gain som weight went from 119 to 165 and started working out when she got there , she focused on her abs/stomach and hips,glutes,theighs and the got big she said , ! so i dont know i will try this out for maybe 3 weeks then another 3 weeks , so i will have a few challenges going on , if you want to join me just comment below or email me and i will give you a workout plan that I will be doing ,
I AM NOT A PHYSICAN OR A TRAINER OR NUTRIST. i am doing this my way to lose weight and look better .
