Yeah Day 5 Completed . 1 more day then on to round 2 ! week two she said to do it for 5-6 days and thats what i did . well i completed the level even tho i had some trouble with my boyfriend

New Thought !
My weightloss is a every day struggle that i have to win the tug o war with . cant let it get the best of me or the worst of me . i have to push throughh ! well off to bed had to post that on here

Tom came early this morning ! ughh lol i hate TOM . like why why why !
i always wanted TOM when i was younger because i wanted to feel like a woman
because i thought that what makes you grow up lol . kids when we were younger lol
but know I WANT TOM OUT MY LIFE LOL ! But i still pushed through and did my workout with Julian

Ripped in 30 UPDATE:
hahaah when most people put update on a workout it means they failed or missed a day in working out . !
but yeah thought that was funny lol :p
So yesterday i did workout ! NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT !
after my workout yesterday i ate a packet of oatmeal that was 100 calories
today I ate :
a bagel pizza at school - ughhh ran out of time to make my own breakfast
salad- one ranch and i just ate the meat and it was four piece of ham lunch meat thats what it looked liked .
bad thing i ate was 3 pieces of chicken badd i knoww . but i am going to burn them bitches off
and im not eating nothing else , for the rest of the night only thing to eat is after my workout which will be some cheerios or a spoon full of peanut butter , think cheerios water and green tea sounds good lol :)
wooooooo weee i feel the burn on the back of my theighs and i love it ! haah
i love the sorness a work out gives me because it makes me know i am doing something lol cant wait for DAY 3 today !
Man i feel like i might reach my goal in time hopefully . and hopefully i will inspire family members .lol
cant wait to see my officially weight this Sunday ,, might weigh Saturday lol ok i will stick to my goal .

Ripped in 30 WORKS?
Well i am testing that theory if Ripped in 30 works Better than insanity and my results
i did insanity for 6 weeks stopped at six due to wrist injury and it is still injuried but not letting anything stop me from working and haul some ass lol .
SO PLAN I STUCK WITH INSANITY FOR 6 WEEKS AND THAT MUCH HARDER IF I CAN DO THAT I CAN DO THIS BELIEVE THAT :)
DAY 1:
DID NOT WEIGH MY SELF GOING OFF OF YESTERDAY WEIGH
about 179 lbs
Sticking to a 1200 calorie diet !
On weekends will double up on Ripped in 30 in the A.M.
And P.M. 6 Week 6 Pack/ Biggest Loser
Will keep track of What i eat and After school come home and record it
will take measurements TOMMOROW !

Lemon-Marinated Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup organic raw honey
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
2 teaspoon oil, vegetable
1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 organic chicken breasts, skinless
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients (except chicken) and mix well.
Marinate chicken in honey-lemon mixture 1 hour in
shallow baking dish. Broil chicken 5 minutes, brush with
pan drippings, turn and broil 5 minutes longer or until
juices run clear. If desired, bring marinade to a boil;
simmer 2 minutes. Strain hot marinade over chicken.
