Here are my Goals:
195 was ans is my highest weight that i know off , unless i was higher but when i started my journey i was 195.
SW:195
CW:180
GW:150
UGW:140 <---- this goal is only if i think i want to lose more , or i am not happy at 150 .
for my height 154 is a normal weight for me not to be obese ! and health!
