-How will i lose it ?
My plan of losing/ditching my fat is by realizing that i can do it. and i am doing it for me NO one else not to get boys, not to get attention but to feel healthy and more happy on the inside and out and have more confidence when i enter a room and not feel like " oh they are looking at the fat qirl " its the truth. but anyways what i am trying to say is just be who you want to be .

Because i want to feel healthy and more confident and i am tired of not fiting clothes . i jst dont feel happy.
