Ok so yesterday i Didnt do so well on the workout and only managed to do workout 1 about 4 times , had me sweating . but then i found it difficult to do some of the workouts so i was like ugh i hate not completing a workout and not saying ! this is a workout ! , woot woot ! . i wont to say that , so i PROMISE I will try harder tommorow Friday , saturday, sunday and until next week , i just need to find workouts that fit me . and i made up some of my own workouts . i will also be posting my grocery wishlist ! . because every time i qo to the store i dont get what i want so i will post that today . and i will have a BODY UPDATE ON my youtube page
