-Do sicssors with your feet and when you are bout to switch jump then land the opposite way you were .

One leg raise :
-rep: 25
Repeat Cycle 1 about 2-3 times . Try 3 times maximun :) you can accomplish it hunny .

Bycicle
-30 reps
