Ripped in 30 UPDATE:

hahaah when most people put update on a workout it means they failed or missed a day in working out . !
but yeah thought that was funny lol :p

So yesterday i did workout ! NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT !

after my workout yesterday i ate a packet of oatmeal that was 100 calories

today I ate :
a bagel pizza at school - ughhh ran out of time to make my own breakfast
salad- one ranch and i just ate the meat and it was four piece of ham lunch meat thats what it looked liked .
bad thing i ate was 3 pieces of chicken badd i knoww . but i am going to burn them bitches off
and im not eating nothing else , for the rest of the night only thing to eat is after my workout which will be some cheerios or a spoon full of peanut butter , think cheerios water and green tea sounds good lol :)

wooooooo weee  i feel the burn on the back of my theighs and i love it ! haah
i love the sorness a work out gives me because it makes me know i am doing something lol cant wait for DAY 3 today !

Man i feel like i might reach my goal in time hopefully . and hopefully i will inspire family members .lol
cant wait to see my officially weight this Sunday ,, might weigh Saturday lol ok i will stick to my goal .

Night time snack :
Green Tea and Water , thinking bout this makes my hungryy lol
ok Dang gotta go its 6:01 and havent started working out  i workout at 6:00 bye guys . update later
