Hey guys i have been having a head ache for a while now like 2 days but it snot serious but i hate head aches . ugh ok lets get to this day !
BreakFast:
2 Eggs ( 180 Cal) + 1 whole wheat wrap (130 cal) + all american cheese (60 cal) =370 calories
Dinner: Micheal Angelo Las. =420 calories .
Totally calories for today 790 calories . + Watermelon( idk how many calories . lol )
i have been eating fruits this past week everyday i have at least 2-3 fruit bowls . contain of watermelon strawberries and grapes I MADE MY OWN FRUIT BOWL .
WORKOUT :
ok i hate the freakinf treadmill i really do i hit the treadmill i get frustrated ! omg i hate it so much ! . having the thought that i have to run on it for 45 minutes straight erks me! so i am going to do the sarah fit fat blasting cardio circuit again i felt good . then later in the night about I MIGHT DO my strength I dont think i want to do strenght until i lose weight but i am going to do it . i will make a calender workout video for you guys on my youtube page . www.youtube.com/fattie2baddie . but here is the link
