Breakfast:
Whole wheat Egg Wrap:
Take a Whole wheat tortilla , Scramble one egg with your choice of veggis ( green onions , onions etc. ) in 1 tablespoon butter , wrap the egg/s in the whole wheat wrap , you can add cheese , just a little bit , or sandwich meat. ENJOY!
Toasted Eggs:
Toast two slices of whole wheat bread . Fry two eggs , either sunny side up or what ever way you like it .
to fry the egg use 1/2 tbsp of oil olive or oil . and for the toast us 1 tbsp of butter for BOTH toast.

Dinner:
with cucumber , Tomatoes , Lettuce , Baby carrots . With a Side of Water or Tea.
You can season your shrimp with little bit of salt and pepper and also your veggies just a little it about 1 tsp of salt and pepper.
OR!
with Broccoli, Brown Rice Medley (carrots, corn,& Peas) , you can make your own , with some brown rice , boil the veggies , and mix together .Pan Seared Shrimp ( add shrimp and just cook and season no oil needed. ) if you have non stick like me . add oil if you need it or want it .
Chicken:
You can either boil the chicken , or Bake it or even grill it but NO FRYING!. for the sides , 1/2 cup of boiled mash potatoe with 2 tsp or 1 tsp of butter , with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. the other side is Corn , Carrots , broccoli ( or lettuce ) .
