Crooked Neck !

Hey guys was up , ugh so this morning i woke up and my neck has a crook in it lol . but anyways i came to update you guys on my weightloss journey . i still haven lost any more pounds other than 5lbs last week , this week i am planning on losing 5 more lbs . ( crosses fingers ) . and let me tell you i took off 3 days of working out off ughh ! bad saturday and sunday were my offically days off . and then i took monday off . BAD girl and then yesterday i wasnt feeling it . so , i only worked out for like 20 mins . today is a new day and i am determined to loss 5lbs this week lol . so my workout will be listed below ! . AND what i consumed to day or is going to consume to day! lol . well love yall fattie's and we can do this man! what you think this is . we baddie's :) lol

Breakfast:

here is the link i added mushrooms ( fat free) i added a little like a pinch of cheese, the cheese we had i didnt like it lol . and no green peppers . just onion , potatoe 2 cups of potatoe for 2 servings . i took 1 serving i added 2 eggs for 2 servings . but add 1 egg and 1 cup potatoe cubed for one serving . i made some for my granny :)
that was about 300 calories

Dinner :

Workout:
30 mins on the Treadmill at a speed of 3.5 at a incline of 4-6
then i will do these exercises reps are 8-10 . x2

  • Squat
  • Single Leg Lunge
  • Wall Pushup
  • Bicep Curl
  • Tricep Extension
  • Shoulder Raise
  • Standing Crunch
  • Deadlift
After that i will do the abs on fire workout
