Lets Recap on yesterday workout , Yesterday I didnt finish my workout but today i will finish it and add some more workout's ! . yesterday i finished 50 reps of the Dead Man burpee in 9 min and 49 secs. so today i am trying to beat my time with the same rep so i will do a totally of 50 reps plus yerterday rep which will be a 100 dead man burpees! yeah i also finish my ab challenge doing 2 reps of the workout , not bad , I used a 10lb weight . yesterday i did 90 reps out of 365 reps , i know but that was hard i was exhausted from the 50 dead man burpees and then i tryed but i failed , so i will do another workout that i completed before that is 500 reps . but the exercise are simplier . to me and they are intense ! . oh boy this will have you sore every where the next day if you dont feel sore te next day after the workout you aint doing it right! . So here is my meal and workout plan for today
BreakFast: - 2 oatmeal cookies
about 75-80 calories each cookie . so thats 190 if the calorie count for 1 is 80 i made these and here is the recipes for the delicous oatmeal cookies ! the best i every had , if you dont have applesause use oil like i did , it not so healthy but next time use applesauce if you can !

This is Sarah fit burn 500 calories ! thats my breakfast calories burned and half break my dinner what every i decide to wat lol :) and it easy i will be using a treadmil !tho , inside of going outside
