Hey !

Im back for good good good , lol I havent really been on here , but i have a reason to be on here and youtube .
I will be posting Things i want to fit in , things i want to wear . and how i want my clothes i have to fit on me , my problem areas and the workouts i will be doing to tone/get ride of them . i have a ab challenge on my youtube page for all those who want to tone up there abs or start seeing there abs . i always had my ab able to be seen but  i would always say , i will NEVER EVER have abs , but i been working out with www.bodyrock.tv and i started to see my ABS and i didnt have to suck my gut in and it gave me hope so i started looing for ab work outs that are also combined with full body workout , i also am going to try this new workout to add inches to your booty lol and make it fimer . there is this lady who was skinny she said and she hated being skinny so she gain som weight went from 119 to 165 and started working out when she got there , she focused on her abs/stomach and hips,glutes,theighs and the got big she said , ! so i dont know i will try this out for maybe 3 weeks then another 3 weeks , so i will have a few challenges going on , if you want to join me just comment below or email me and i will give you a workout plan that I will be doing ,
I AM NOT A PHYSICAN OR A TRAINER OR NUTRIST. i am doing this my way to lose weight and look better .
