Hey Fattie's !

Hey was up , with you guys ? well today i went to take my test for my permit and i passed! . wooot woot . my dad was proud of me even though it was my second time taken it lol . but today . i really did have any thing on my hand to do , today i actually felt grumpy i was snaping on everybody but they were getting on my nerves so some deserved it lol. well i drove out family home . which was fun but when you have dad in the car like mines lol he will point out your fault and ramble int he back while you are trying to drive lol . i didnt really get any sleep because i had to wake up so early , I will tell you guys what i ate today and i will try and do my abs challenge and the abs on fire workout my booty nomics . I am focused on my abs and toning up my legs and arms! . abs and legs and arms are my main thing , right now i guess you can say my whole body lol . i didnt eat much today . IN NO WAY AM I TRYING TO STARVE MY SELF . i just havent been feeling hungry since i started back my weight loss Journey , I steped on the scale yesterday , and i dont know if its my acurate weight or not because my scale is trippin , but i steped on and i weighted .... from 195-196 . to 191! . wooot woot !. i lost 5-6 lbs in one week . i think or even a week and a half , i dont know it its the exercise or what i have been eating but i am proud when i find out i will tell you guys . but this is what i ate today

Breakfast -
2 eggs =180 calories

Dinner-
Whole wheat tortilla. with bully beef on the inside with onions and i only had one of this .which is like 130 for the wrap and probably 90 calories or so for the bully beef amount i ate so i consumed
400! yikes i am no where near my daily calories in take which is 1200 . i am going to start eating i hope i am not turning into something i dont want to be . first i havent really aten in days . :/ i probably consumed more than that because i had a banana , pudding ,and apple juice . so i consumed more than 400 calories

I am going to post a next post in a few minutes , on some healthy food recipes and ideas i have , for thos who have a hard time finding health foods!

update I also ate ramen noodles . to help with my calories not healthy but it was the first thing i thought of , which is about 120 calories so my calories are 520 .
